Has the EU's Digital Markets Act actually changed anything?
The fines are real and published, but small next to the companies paying them. The interesting part is not the amount, it is exactly what was punished.
EU tech regulation gets written about in two extremes: Brussels has finally tamed the giants, or it is toothless bureaucracy. Both read well and neither rests on what was actually decided.
